we're in an election cycle. we're not only a handful, literally, of billionaires that change the way the government came out and we're the principal communicators of the general election and all of the romneys raised. one-third of the american public actually gave money in recordable amounts to candidates. so 99% didn't participate in the recordable amounts which means more than $200 to the canned and the what about the rest of the country? they deserve a voice and i think we're going to have to find a way to do that. whether it is some sort of a tax credit or a tax return to taxpayers. republicans always say we ought to be cutting taxes and giving money back to the people. that's exactly what we have to do, give each citizen and registered voter $100 or a voucher of $100 and say we have to give it to a candidate of their choice and the income tax, gas taxes and social security taxes and you go out and fund the taxes that you like. that's how the 99.2%, and there's something fundamentally flawed where the system
